Innovation through automation and experience design.

One of the most rewarding aspects of law for me is the ability to design efficient and partially automated processes around complicated legal questions. As lawyers, we must ask all of the right questions — all of the time. And each question must be asked in a way clients can easily understand. Using advanced conditional logic, I've designed forms that break down complex questions, and significantly improve the speed, efficiency and quality of the legal services we provide. These forms not only save us time, they also improve client outcomes — and that is very rewarding.
