Principal Register

The Principal Register is the main trademark register for trademarks that have been granted registration and are either (1) inherently distinctive or (2) have acquired distinctiveness. The trademarks on the Principal Register (as opposed to the Supplemental Register) are entitled to all of the benefits of trademark registration.
